We've been based here at 15 Barbourne Road for quite some time now, mostly operating out of the second floor. It’s one of those old buildings where you really get to know the neighbors after a few years. Shiva Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working with different plastic materials and polymer compounds day in and day out. There isn’t much to look at in the office besides some desks and samples, but it’s where we get everything done. Most days are spent on the phone or checking through inventory to make sure the orders are moving along like they should. Barbourne Road can get pretty packed during the morning, so getting up to the second floor is usually the first big task of the day. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just handle the polymer side of things for people who need it. It’s a practical business, really. Some people find the stairs a bit much, but we’re used to it by now. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break from the paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a solid place to work where we know the routine. We focus on getting the materials out and keeping the records straight without a lot of fuss. That’s pretty much the story of our daily life here on the second floor.
