Shisikona Clinic

Shisikona Clinic is located right near the SBI Bank in Bashighat. It’s a very easy landmark to find, which is good because some of the streets around here can be confusing for new visitors. We are a small local clinic. There isn't much to say about the building itself; it’s just a standard storefront that we’ve converted into a medical space for the neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who take care of the patients and the cleaning. Most of the people who come in live within walking distance of the bank. We see a lot of regular things like colds, small injuries, and routine checkups. The waiting area only has a few chairs, so if it's busy, people sometimes wait outside on the step until it's their turn. We try to work through the list as quickly as we can. We don't have any fancy technology or digital check-in screens. You just walk in and talk to us at the desk. It’s a very simple way of doing things, but it works for Bashighat. We know the bank staff next door and the people who run the shops nearby. It feels like a little community here. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last patient is seen. It’s not complicated or polished, just a regular part of the neighborhood.
