We’ve been here at 277/3 Laxminarayan Road in Kolkata for a while now. It’s a busy part of West Bengal, 700065, and there is always something happening right outside the door. If you know the area, you know how the traffic gets in the afternoons. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down to figure out the day’s work and handle the paperwork for the construction stuff we do. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over some old blueprints. It gets pretty hot here in the summers, so we usually have the fans going full blast. People drop by sometimes just to ask about some plot of land or a small repair, and we try to help out when we can. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings going up and old ones getting torn down. Being based here feels right because we’re close to the sites we’re working on. We don’t spend much time on fancy websites or advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor or sees the sign on the street. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home.
