We are located over in West Bengal, specifically in the Birbhum district. The office is set up in Rampurhat at Chandmari Road in the Uttar Pally area. It’s actually at Sunil Kumar Sinha’s place, which gives it a very local, personal feel rather than some cold business center. Being here in Birbhum means we are right in the middle of things, away from the big city rush of Kolkata. The EPC Division work keeps us on our toes, but the atmosphere here is quite relaxed. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, which is nice. Most of us who work here are used to the pace of life in Rampurhat. We spend our hours going over project details and making sure everything is lined up for the various sites we manage. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We wear what’s comfortable for the heat and the dust. The office is full of maps and rolls of paper, and there is always someone coming in with a question about a shipment or a schedule. We just try to keep things organized and moving forward without making a big scene about it. It is a simple setup on Chandmari Road where we focus on the task at hand and try to do right by the local projects we are part of every single day.
