Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

We have been here at 20 Rifle Range Road in Kolkata for a while now. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office stays pretty active with people coming in and out all day. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd handles a lot of different projects, mostly big construction and engineering stuff that you see around. It’s not always quiet here, especially when we’re coordinating with the guys out on the sites. We do a lot of paperwork and planning right here in this building. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but it’s a good spot for us to be located. We’ve got a team that’s been doing this for years. They know how to handle the blueprints and the technical side of things without making a big fuss. We just show up, get the work done, and move on. It’s just how we operate. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at schedules to make sure everything is moving like it should. We don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. If a building needs to go up, that’s what we look at. Being in Kolkata means dealing with the heat and the rain, but the work doesn’t stop. We just keep the office running and keep track of the materials. It's a lot of mundane stuff like spreadsheets and phone calls to vendors. We don't mind the grind because it's what we know. Just a bunch of people trying to make sure the sites have what they need to stay on schedule.
