Relax Knitting Pvt. Ltd. is down on the ground floor of 62 Shakespeare Sarani. It’s a busy road outside with a lot of cars honking, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the machines or people talking over their lunch. We have been in this spot for some time now. The space is filled with rolls of fabric and bits of thread that seem to get everywhere no matter how much we sweep up. We show up early, get the lights on, and start going through what needs to be packed or moved. It is not a shiny corporate office. It is a workplace with concrete floors and high ceilings that stay a bit cooler in the summer. We handle the knitting side of things, making sure the machines are running right and the output looks okay. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on the Sarani, and we have to wait around. Our team is small, just a few of us who know how the equipment works. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need us usually know where the ground floor entrance is. It gets a bit cramped when a new shipment comes in, but we manage to shift things around. It's a lot of manual work and keeping track of orders on paper or the old computer in the corner.
