Shah Distributors

You can find Shah Distributors on Prince Anwar Shah Road. It’s a big, busy road, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses passing by. Our days are mostly spent moving boxes and checking lists. We get deliveries in and we send things out. It’s a lot of physical work, and the floors are usually covered in tape and bits of cardboard. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but the system works for us. Prince Anwar Shah Road has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. We know the other shopkeepers nearby and often see them when we go out for lunch. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and walls that could probably use a new coat of paint. We aren't too bothered about how it looks as long as we can get the work done. There is a constant stream of people coming in to pick things up or ask questions about orders. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork, especially at the end of the month. It gets hot in the summer with all the trucks idling outside, but we just keep the fans going. We’ve been part of this street for a long time now and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
