We have been here at Bijoygarh for a good while now. The office is right at 2/1, so it’s easy to find if you know the Kolkata streets. Moving things from one place to another is basically what we do every day. It gets busy, especially with the traffic around here, but we manage. People come in and out, asking about schedules or where their stuff is. We just try to keep things moving. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where the phones ring a lot and we check on trucks and paperwork. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the rain makes things slow, but that's just part of life in the city. We don't really do big ads or anything. Most people find us because they need something shipped and someone told them we are here. The desks are usually covered in manifests. It’s hard work, keeping track of everything across the state. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but our spot stays the same. If you walk past, you'll probably see us on the computers or talking to drivers. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a big lobby or a coffee machine for guests, just the basics to get the job done. Keeping the logs straight is the main thing. We keep our heads down and work.
