Sembcorp Logistics(India) Pvt. Ltd. is located at 7/A/2 on Garfa 4th Lane in Jadavpur. It is a bit of a quiet lane, but we stay very busy inside our office. Jadavpur is a lively area and we have been part of this community for a while now. Our work mostly involves managing the flow of goods and keeping track of where everything is. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. The office is simple and a bit cramped with all the paperwork we have to keep. We do not care much for fancy decor or looking corporate. We would rather spend our energy making sure a shipment is on time. The lane outside can be a bit tight for larger vehicles, so we have to coordinate things carefully. We have built good relationships with the local shopkeepers and neighbors. They know us as the people who are always on the phone or checking manifests. We do not do big advertising campaigns or use flowery language. We just tell people what we can do and we try our best to follow through. Sometimes there are delays or problems on the road, but we just handle them as they come. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We are just a local team in Jadavpur trying to keep things moving smoothly for everyone involved.
