Semall Impex Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of 12/1 Lindsay Street, specifically in Suit 310. Lindsay Street is an incredibly crowded place, especially in the afternoons when the market is in full swing and the noise is constant. Finding our entrance can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking closely for the number. Once you get past the street noise and climb up the stairs to the second floor, things get a little quieter, but you can still hear the city outside. Suit 310 is where we manage all our import and export work. It’s a small office, mostly taken up by desks and tall stacks of folders and ledgers. We don't have a lot of extra room to move around, so we have to try to stay somewhat organized, though that’s easier said than done when things get busy. The windows look out over the street, so there’s always a view of the shoppers and the traffic jams below. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to emails, trying to coordinate everything with the ports and the transporters. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us busy from the morning until we finally close up in the evening. We’ve been at this Lindsay Street location for a good while now, and we’ve gotten used to the chaotic energy of the area. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a practical office where we get the job done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily grind.
