Seba Co - op Health Society Ltd. is over at DD-35 in Salt Lake, zip code 700 064. Since we are a cooperative, things feel a bit different here. It’s more of a community effort. The building is a standard Salt Lake structure, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we have our desks and the medical areas partitioned off. The staff lives mostly nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk in the hallways. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from a neighbor. The day usually starts with a bit of cleaning and then we open the doors for the first round of people. We handle a lot of basic health needs and try to keep the costs down because that’s the point of being a society. It’s not always perfectly smooth; sometimes the scheduling gets backed up or we run out of a certain form. But we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical place to work. We have a lot of regular members who come in just to check their vitals or get a quick consultation. We've been in this DD block spot for a long time, and we don't plan on moving anywhere else. It feels like home to most of the staff.
