Santawana Infra LLP is located at 209, AJC Bose Road. We are inside the Karnani Estate building. You have to come up to the 5th Floor to find us. Our specific spot is Room no. 192. This is right in the Park Circus area of Kolkata. Being in West Bengal-700017 keeps us right in the thick of the city's energy. Karnani Estate is a big place with lots of different offices and people moving around. We have been in Room no. 192 for some time. The 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the AJC Bose Road traffic. It is a busy street, always buzzing with cars and buses. Sometimes the hallways of the estate are crowded, but once you get inside our room, it is just us and our work. Santawana Infra LLP isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. We are a smaller team. We like the Park Circus neighborhood because everything is close by. If we need something, we just walk out onto AJC Bose Road. The building has that classic feel you find in this part of Kolkata. We keep our office organized, but it definitely looks like a place where people actually work. There are files everywhere and the phones ring quite a bit. It’s just how we operate. We are here every day. It's a good place for us. We just keep doing what we do every single day.
