Sanjay Jain & Associates

Our office is situated at 11 Esplanade East Road, right on the first floor. Being in the Esplanade area means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but also very loud because of the buses and the crowds outside. Sanjay Jain & Associates is basically a small group of us working on various matters, mostly involving a lot of paperwork and tax filings. The office has big windows but we usually keep them shut to block out some of the city noise. Inside, it is mostly just desks piled high with folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time meeting with people who come in with their documents and need help sorting things out. It’s a very hands-on kind of place where we sit down and go through things page by page. We have been in this location for a while now and most of our neighbors in the building are also small businesses or professionals. It can be a bit chaotic during the busy season when everyone is trying to meet their deadlines at the same time. We don't really have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, one of us just looks up from our work to help them. It is a simple way of doing things but it has worked for us so far without needing anything too fancy.
