Our office is a little bit different than most because we’re based over at No. 289-F Darga Road, specifically inside Flat No. 2. It’s more of a residential-style setup, so it doesn't feel like one of those cold, empty warehouse spaces or a glass office building. We’ve turned the living space into our main hub for the business. There are files, ledgers, and folders tucked into every available shelf, and the big kitchen table usually doubles as a place to sort through shipping labels and daily invoices. It gets a bit cramped in here, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through at once, but it works for what we need. Darga Road is a really lively place to be, and you can always hear the life of the city through the windows. We actually like the fact that it feels like a home because we spend so much of our time here anyway. There’s no big neon sign out front, so you really have to look for the flat number to find us. We handle almost everything ourselves, from answering the phone to packing up the boxes for delivery. It gets a bit chaotic on Monday mornings when the mail starts piling up, but we just put on some music and start working through the list. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things moving along. We value being able to keep things simple and just doing our work every day.
