Our shop is tucked away at 1/1A on Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street, right near the Sabir Hotel. If you have ever been down Princep Street, you know how crowded and loud it gets with all the traffic and people moving about. We have been running Sancheti Electrical & Electronics Pvt Ltd from this spot for quite some time now. It is not a shiny corporate office, just a practical space filled with boxes of wires, components, and various electronic parts stacked up to the ceiling. Most days involve us sorting through inventory or helping someone find a specific part they need for a repair job. The fans hum in the background while we talk to suppliers or handle the daily paperwork that comes with running a business like this. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow lane, and things get a bit hectic, but we are used to the pace. We don't have fancy brochures or a big sales team. It is just a few of us here making sure the orders go out and the shelves stay stocked with what people are looking for. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the old desks in the back. It can get dusty with all the cardboard around, but it is home to us. Being near the hotel means there is always a good smell of food drifting in during the afternoon, which is a nice break from the smell of solder and plastic.
