Our shop is part of the Electronic Centre, so we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar things. The space we have is quite small and filled to the ceiling with electrical components and electronic goods. There is barely enough room for three people to stand at the counter sometimes. We’ve been here for years, and the atmosphere is always energetic, if a bit chaotic. There is no central air conditioning, just some old ceiling fans that hum all day long. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People come in with a list of parts they need, and we go through our shelves to find them. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We know our regulars and we know where every single fuse and resistor is kept. Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street can be a bit overwhelming with the crowd, but we like the energy. We just provide the parts, handle the cash, and move on to the next customer in line.
