Our business, Sampoorna Logistics Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in the Palpara area of Bansdroni, Kolkata. Specifically, we are located on the 6th Lane of Vidyasagarpark. Mr. Prabir Saha is the person who keeps everything running smoothly around here. Being in Kolkata, we are used to the constant noise and the busy streets, and Palpara is no different. We handle the logistics side of things, which really just means we help people and businesses move their goods from one place to another. We don't have a big, fancy warehouse with bright lights. Our office is a simple place where we manage the schedules of the trucks and talk to our clients. Some days are definitely more stressful than others, especially when the weather isn't cooperating or the traffic is worse than usual. We try not to let it get to us. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while, and most of the locals know who we are. We don't bother with big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people we have worked with for years. We just focus on the job we have to do today. If a delivery is going to be late, we just tell the customer the truth. There’s no point in making up stories. We handle the cargo, do the paperwork, and try to make sure everything gets where it’s going safely. It’s just basic, hard work for our small team.
