Samik India

Samik India is located at 55-A on Abhedananda Road. This part of the city is usually quite busy, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our office is a straightforward place, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the newer parts of town. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time, and we know most of the people on this street by name. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky tap or a creaky door, but it works for us. We spend our days mostly at our desks, keeping track of orders and talking to people over the phone. There isn't a lot of downtime, but when we do take a break, we usually just grab a chai from the corner stall. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. The space is filled with stacks of paper and the hum of a couple of old fans. It’s not the quietest spot, but there’s a good energy to it. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, just trying to run their shops and small businesses. We’re just happy to be part of the neighborhood and keep things moving along at our own pace. There is no sense in rushing things too much when the traffic outside is at a standstill anyway.
