Even though we are connected to the Burnpur operations, our specific spot is here in Kolkata on Panditiya Road. We are located at Flat 3R 25 A. It’s a typical Kolkata residential building where we’ve set up our workspace. The 700029 area is pretty central, so there’s always a lot of movement nearby. We handle things for Sail-Iisco from this flat. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our small team just fine. Panditiya Road has its own charm, with small shops and houses all along it. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong flat, but we usually figure it out. We spend most of our time coordinating between here and West Bengal. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a security guard at the door. You just come up to 3R 25 A. The office is basically just a few rooms with files everywhere. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We’ve been in this part of Kolkata for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s practical for what we need to do. We just get on with our tasks every day without much noise. Working from a flat on Panditiya Road keeps us grounded. It’s a real place for real work. We don't see the need for a big glass office when this works just as well for our daily routine.
