Sai Working Solutions is located in Rahara, which is a part of Kolkata that still feels a bit old-fashioned. We operate out of a house in Dakhinpalli, specifically on the second floor. It's a family-oriented area, and our office reflects that because it is actually part of a residential property. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from the local vendors to the kids playing nearby. We handle a variety of administrative and service tasks from here. The office is named in memory of A.K. Saha Roy, which gives the place a very personal feel for all of us. It is not a modern glass-and-steel building by any means. It’s got high ceilings and those heavy fans that are common in older Kolkata houses. We spend our days mostly on our computers or handling calls. It’s a quiet life in Rahara compared to the middle of the city, and we prefer it that way. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years or who were referred by friends. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and then head home. It’s a simple setup that works well for us. Sometimes we have to move some furniture around when we have more people visiting, but we make it work.
