Sahara City Homes

Our office is over in Bharatnagar, right here in Siliguri. We are based at Indraprastha, which most people around here know. It’s a decent-sized place for what we need. We focus on the Sahara City Homes project. Since we're in Siliguri, we get all kinds of weather, but the office stays fairly comfortable. We don't have a big polished lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room with some chairs and a big table where we can spread out the plans. We get a lot of people coming in to check on their future homes. We try to give them the straight story without any extra talk. The staff is small, so you’ll usually see the same faces every time you visit. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or visiting the sites nearby. It can get pretty busy during the peak season, but we manage to keep up. We don't use any big words or complicated explanations. We just show the drawings and talk about the plots. Bharatnagar is a good area to be in, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward operation. We just come in every morning, drink some chai, and start working through the list of things to do. It’s been our home for quite some time, and we know how to get things done without making a fuss.
