Saga Instruments

We've been at 16, Rabindra Sarani for quite a while now. Our place is on the 1st floor, which usually means walking up those stairs every morning with a hot tea in hand. It’s not some fancy corporate office, just a spot where we keep the Saga Instruments stock and handle our daily paperwork. Because we are right in this busy part of town, it gets loud outside, but we just get on with things. Most days involve checking the equipment or answering calls from people looking for specific parts. No big marketing philosophy exists here; the doors open and we do what needs doing. Delivery guys sometimes get lost finding the entrance, so we spend time looking out the window to wave them in from the street. Honestly, it’s a practical space. The shelves are full of boxes and a couple of desks have definitely seen better days. Decorating isn't something we do much of because the focus stays on the instruments we handle. If you stop in, you’ll see regular people working through their tasks. Although the lighting in the hallway is a bit dim, it’s all about the job once you step inside our floor. We like the neighborhood, even though the traffic on Rabindra Sarani gets really heavy in the afternoons. It is what it is. Staying organized and keeping the business moving is just what we focus on every single day.
