Sadani Properties Llp is based at 12 Govt Place (East) in Kolkata, 700069. It’s an interesting part of town to work in because of all the history around Govt Place. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle property matters for people. Being in the heart of Kolkata means things are always moving, and we spend a lot of our time just keeping up with the local market. We are an LLP, so it’s a partnership of people who just wanted to work for themselves in the real estate world. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big goals to change the world, we just want to help people find the right buildings or land. The office is usually full of maps and property documents and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve been working out of this location for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city outside our windows. It’s not always easy, property can be a headache with all the regulations and stuff, but we just stick to it. Most of our day is spent either in the office or out visiting sites to see how they look. We’re just normal people trying to run a business in a busy city. If you’re near Govt Place, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. We are just here doing the daily work that comes with managing properties and helping clients.
