S A M Appliances is at 391/21, near South City on Prince Anwar Shah Road, over in the Poddar Nagar/Jodhpur Park area. We’re in a spot that sees a lot of traffic, being so close to the mall and the main road. Our shop is where we keep all the home appliances, things like grinders, heaters, and fans. It’s a practical kind of place. We have some items on display out front, but a lot of the stock is kept in the back or stacked along the side walls. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors who drop in because their toaster stopped working or they need a new iron. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us handling the sales and the repairs. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in and we have boxes everywhere. We have to move everything around just to make a path. It’s been our home for a while now. The floors are a bit worn down from all the foot traffic, and the ceiling fan wobbles a little when it's on high. We just get on with the work. People in Jodhpur Park know they can just walk in and ask a question without any fuss. We don’t do fancy demos. We just plug the thing in and show them how it works. It’s a simple, neighborhood business and that's how we like it.
