Rungta Projects Ltd

Out here on Beledanga Road in the Kethopole area, things are a bit different than the center of Kolkata. We are located in Jote-Shibrampur, which feels a bit more like the edge of the city. The road can get pretty rough, especially after a big monsoon rain when the puddles get deep. Our office for Rungta Projects Ltd is right along this stretch. It is a functional space, mostly used for managing the projects we have going on in the region. There are a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles moving past the gates all day long, so it stays pretty dusty. We have a small crew here, mostly people who have been with the company for a decade or more. The office itself is simple—concrete floors, some old wooden desks, and plenty of filing cabinets. We don't really have visitors often, so we don't worry too much about how the place looks. It’s about the work. We spend our time checking schedules and making sure the supplies are getting where they need to go. There’s a small pond nearby and some trees that give a bit of shade, which helps when the Kolkata heat gets really intense. We usually just bring our own lunch and eat together in the back room. It’s a quiet life here, focused on the job and not much else. We just keep things moving along day after day.
