Ruia Group Of Companies

Right now, the Ruia Group Of Companies is in Delhi. We don't have a big fancy storefront in a mall. Instead, we reside at Delhi and work right here in the city. It’s a busy life, being in the capital. There is always something happening outside the window, and the pace of the city definitely affects how we work. We don't have a huge staff with different departments for everything. It’s more of a tight-knit group where we all know what the other person is doing. The office is full of files, laptops, and chargers. It can look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but it’s a working mess. We don't spend money on polished brochures or big advertisements. We just focus on getting the work done. Delhi can be quite chaotic with the commute and the weather, but we’ve made our base here and it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on emails. Our lunch breaks are usually quick, just something from the local kitchen or a tiffin from home. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and see what needs to be tackled for the day. It’s a very practical way of living and working. Some days are long, and some are short, but it’s always interesting being in the middle of the city.
