Rsi Ltd is based at 28/1, Gariahat Road (South) in Kolkata. If you’ve ever been to South Kolkata, you know how packed and lively this area is. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, and the building has that old Kolkata charm, though it can be a bit cramped sometimes with all the files we have piled up. Working on Gariahat Road means we are always near the markets and the tram lines, which is great for lunch but a bit loud when we are trying to focus. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group of people doing our jobs every day. Our work involves a lot of coordination and paperwork, which isn't always exciting but it is necessary. We see a lot of familiar faces coming through the door since we’ve been in this neighborhood so long. The rains in Kolkata can make getting to Gariahat Road a real challenge during monsoon season, but the office stays dry and we keep the tea boiling. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most people find out about us just by walking past or through word of mouth. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day.
