Royal Infraconstru Ltd. is currently operating through our space at Purbo Sinthee Road in Dumdum. It’s C/O Pranab Ghosh, at number 1477. Being in this part of Kolkata means we are right in the thick of things. The neighborhood is always noisy and full of life, which keeps us energized. We don’t have a massive warehouse here; it’s more of an administrative spot where we keep track of our ongoing construction work. Most of our actual labor happens out on the various sites around West Bengal. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones, talking to site supervisors and checking on the cement deliveries. It’s a busy life, and the commute can be tough with the Kolkata traffic. We aren't big on formalities. If you come by, you’ll likely see us buried under a pile of ledgers or discussing a new project over some snacks. We’ve been doing this for years, so we have a good rhythm. It’s not about being the biggest name out there; it’s just about getting the work done right. We deal with a lot of different people, from government clerks to local laborers. Every day brings a new set of small problems to solve. That’s just the nature of the construction business in a city like this. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, and the lighting isn't great, but it’s a good spot to get the planning done. We’ve made a lot of friends in the building over the years. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people.
