We are based out of Kolkata, and our focus is mainly on Ropeway And Resorts Pvt Ltd. It sounds like a lot, but really, it's about the logistics of making sure people have a way to get from one point to another in places where roads don't always go. We also spend time on the resort side of things, which is more about the practicalities of running a place where people stay. Our office in Kolkata isn't in a skyscraper or anything like that. It’s a simple setup where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. There’s usually someone drinking tea or complaining about the humidity. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some of us have been working on ropeway projects for years, so we’ve seen how things have changed in the industry. It’s a lot of planning and making sure every bolt and cable is where it should be. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because the work usually speaks for itself. When you are dealing with resorts, you have to think about the small stuff that makes a stay okay. It's not always easy, and things go wrong sometimes, but we just fix them and move on. We like being in Kolkata; the food is good and the people are direct. That’s how we try to be in our business too. We just take it one day at a time.
