Our office is tucked away in this residential neighborhood, which makes it feel much more relaxed than being in the middle of Park Street or Dalhousie. We have a modest setup here. It’s mostly just us working on various project plans and keeping track of our field staff. The commute to Sree Colony can be a bit of a crawl during rush hour, but once you’re here, it’s quite peaceful. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just need a place to sit, think, and work. We have grown to know the local tea stall owners and the people who live in the same block. It feels like we are part of a real neighborhood, not just a business district. Our team is pretty small, and we tend to do a lot of the work ourselves instead of hiring out everything. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up, but we don't mind. We talk about sports, the local markets, and our families while we work. It’s a very human way to run a company. We just do our best with what we have and keep moving forward.
