Rockwell Automation

This is our Kolkata office for Rockwell Automation, located at Flat 2A in the Baladitya Apartment at 95/4 Narkeldanga Main Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the street outside is always full of life, which we can hear from our windows. We’ve been working out of this flat for a while, and it’s become our main hub for everything we do in West Bengal. It’s not a huge space, but it’s got enough room for our desks and the files we need to keep track of. Usually, there are three or four of us in here at a time, though sometimes people are out visiting sites or handling deliveries. We handle a lot of the technical side of the automation business from here. Narkeldanga can be pretty hectic, especially during the monsoon when the rain really comes down, but the apartment stays dry. We don’t have a fancy sign out front, just our name on the directory. It’s a straightforward operation. We answer the phones, reply to emails, and make sure the technical specs are right for the customers who call us. We’ve lived in Kolkata most of our lives, so we know how to navigate the city and get things delivered where they need to go. It’s just us doing our bit to keep the local industries moving with the right parts and advice. It’s a small, practical office that serves us well for now.
