We’ve been over here at Hanapara in Kestopur for a good while now. If you know the Sec.Ag-333 area, you probably know where our office is. It's Rna Builder.A.A. It’s a really busy spot in Kolkata, with lots of traffic and people moving around from early morning until late at night. Mostly we are busy with paperwork or we are out at different construction sites nearby. Some days the office is quiet, and other days it’s a bit of a mess with blueprints, old files, and tea cups everywhere on the tables. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where we get things done. People often stop by just to ask about new plots or how the progress is going on a certain building. We try to keep our conversations straightforward and simple. The Kolkata heat can be really tough in the summers, so the ceiling fan is always running at full speed. We’ve seen this neighborhood change quite a bit since we first started. There are more buildings popping up every single month. Kestopur has that specific kind of vibe where everything is built close together and everyone knows what’s going on. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of the various projects we have. Sometimes things get delayed because of the heavy rain or labor issues, which is just how it goes in this business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, we are just doing our part in the local building scene.
