We are based at 93/A, Road No. 1, H.B. Town in Sodepur. It’s a decent spot in Kolkata 700 110 where we’ve set up our operations. Rmc Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd isn’t about big fancy advertisements. We are just a group of people working with cement and mixers every day. The yard gets quite loud when the engines are running, but that is just part of the routine. We spend our time checking the quality of the sand and stone that comes in. The local roads can be a bit tight, so driving the big trucks takes some skill. Our office is mostly just a place to file paperwork and keep the keys. It’s not polished or modern, just functional. We have been around Sodepur long enough to know the shortcuts and the best times to move the heavy loads. The weather can be tough, especially the humidity, but the work has to get done. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting the concrete mixed and sent out to the sites that need it. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't need much instruction anymore. It is a bit messy and chaotic at times, but we manage to keep things moving.
