It’s just easier for us to manage things that way. Most of the time, we are busy sorting through letters or checking on updates for our projects. It’s not a big commercial building with a lobby and a guard. It's a more personal and quiet setup. People who live around here know the street well. We like being in Lake Gardens because it feels more like a home than a sterile office. The pace is a bit slower than the main city hubs, which is nice for getting things done without too much background noise. We don't really have a big staff here. It’s just the essential folks making sure the papers go exactly where they need to go. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just part of life in Kolkata. We focus on the practical side of the business every day. No big speeches or fancy brochures are needed here. We just keep track of what's coming in and what's going out. It’s a reliable spot for us. We just do our bit and keep moving.
