Rinwa Exim Llp is tucked away in Room 209 at 7 Grant Lane. This is right in the heart of Kolkata, 700012. Grant Lane is one of those narrow, busy streets where there is always something happening. Our office is on the second floor, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle our export and import business. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, checking on orders. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the trade. Being in this part of Kolkata means we are near a lot of other businesses, which is handy. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up talking about the day's work. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work properly and staying on top of the paperwork. Sometimes the noise from Grant Lane is a lot, but you get used to it. It’s just how things are in this part of the city. We keep things simple and try to be helpful when people call. Just regular folks.
