Rhb Trades

The morning starts early here on Sarat Chatterje Road. We usually get the shutters up by nine. At 211/1, the street is already moving with people going to work. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some shelves, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We handle various trades and it keeps us on our toes most of the day. The tea guy comes around ten and that’s a highlight for everyone. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout over the phone. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to bother with it. People stop by to ask directions or just to chat for a minute. We deal with suppliers coming in and out all afternoon. Most of our day is spent checking lists and making sure things are going where they need to go. By five, the light starts to change and the road gets even busier with the evening rush. We usually wrap things up around seven if the work is done. It’s a simple routine but it works for us. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. It’s just home for Rhb Trades.
