Our branch is located in the Jagannathnagar area of Akra, here in Kolkata. We have been at this address for a long time. It is a 700 140 pin code if you are looking for it on a map. The office is a basic one, tucked away in a part of the city that feels very lived-in and old. We do not have a massive glass building or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit and manage the communication services for the local area. Kolkata has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that slow and steady pace. We take our time with the work to make sure it is done properly. There is always a bit of noise from the street outside, but we do not really notice it anymore after all these years. We deal with the usual stuff like service requests, technical glitches, and general upkeep. The staff here are all locals, so we know the area and the people well. We do not try to act like a big fancy firm. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings us. Most of our work is about keeping people connected, which is a busy task in a city like this.
