We have been here on Rash Behari Avenue for a while now. The office is on the second floor, number 26. People mostly know us for the cosmetics we keep in stock. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic outside, but once you come up it's a bit quieter. We handle various beauty items and supplies for local shops and individuals. The space isn't huge but we make it work. Most of the day is spent checking orders and making sure the boxes are ready. It’s just how things go. We started small and stayed around this area because it’s easy for people to find us. Sometimes the lift acts up, so most people just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s a standard setup. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. It is more about getting the products to the people who need them. Kolkata is a big city and there are many places selling similar things, but we just do our part here. You can see the street from our window. We keep a record of what comes in and what goes out. It’s a simple routine we follow every day from morning till evening. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just stay busy with the stock and the paperwork that comes with it. The lights in the hallway are a bit dim sometimes, but we know our way around. It's just a regular workplace where we spend our time managing the inventory. We have some regular customers who have been coming for years.
