We are based at 24, R.N. Mukherjee Road. It’s one of those busy streets where there’s always something going on outside the windows. We’ve been here for a long time, working in the laboratory side of things. It’s not a flashy office; it’s more about the labs and the testing. The building has that older feel to it, which we actually quite like. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some newer faces. We spend most of our hours looking at samples and writing down results. It’s steady, quiet work for the most part, even if the street outside is loud with horns and people. We don't have a big corporate handbook that we follow to the letter; we just use our common sense and do the job right. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical research and testing here. It's a practical environment. We don't bother with fancy decor. There are plenty of files and equipment everywhere. Sometimes the tea man comes around, and that’s when everyone takes a quick break. Otherwise, we’re just focused on the science and the data. It’s a central location, so it’s easy to get to, which helps. We just keep our heads down and make sure the lab work stays up to the standards we've always kept.
