We are tucked away in F-81 at the Kamalalaya Centre on Lenin Sarani. If you know the area, you know it’s always buzzing with people and traffic. Our space is mostly filled with equipment, wires, and parts for telecom work. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We spend our days dealing with communication setups and making sure things stay connected. A lot of the work happens out of the office, but this is where we regroup and fix what’s broken. We started Rama Telecom because there was a need for someone local who could handle the technical side of things without making it complicated. We aren't big on meetings. We usually just have a quick chat in the morning over tea and then get to it. Sometimes the building gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. People usually find us when they have a specific problem with their phones or their network. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. We just look at the hardware or the line and try to make it work. It’s been our routine for years now. Lenin Sarani is a good spot for us because it’s central and we can get parts quickly if we run out. It's a plain office for plain work.
