Rajda Narrow Fabric Industries

Rajda Narrow Fabric Industries is tucked away at P-11 New Howrah Bridge Approach Road. We are on the 3rd Floor, specifically in Room No. 7. It is an industrial kind of area, as you can probably tell from the name of the road. Being near the New Howrah Bridge means there is a lot of movement and noise from the traffic going across the river. It’s a busy part of the city for sure. Our room is not very big, but it is where all the work happens with the fabrics. We have our machines and our materials all set up on that third floor. It can be a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we are used to it by now. The atmosphere around the bridge approach is always intense, with everyone trying to get somewhere. Inside Room No. 7, though, we just focus on getting the narrow fabrics made correctly. We have been in this spot for a while, and it works for us. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, which suits what we do. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or anything. It is an industry space, through and through. If you find P-11, you just head up to the third floor and you'll find us there. It is a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time here in Howrah. There is always someone moving bundles of cloth around the hallways.
