Polyflex India is located at No. 1B Raja Kalikrishna Lane. We are really close to the Shobha Bazar Metro Station, which makes it quite easy for the staff to get to work every morning without dealing with too much traffic. The lane is one of those narrow, winding ones you find in this part of town, filled with old buildings and a lot of local character. We work with flexible materials and various industrial goods. It is a very hands-on kind of place to spend the day. There is almost always someone moving a heavy roll of material or packing a crate for a customer. We are not a high-tech startup with bean bags and free snacks in the kitchen. We have sturdy wooden desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down. The sounds of the metro trains and the street vendors outside are just part of the background noise here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly, but we have learned how to stack things to make enough space. Most of the people working here have been with us for a very long time. We know each other's families and what is going on in the neighborhood. We do not put out a lot of advertisements. Most people find us because they heard we were the ones to ask. It is just a regular business.
