Raj Filters

We run our operations from P-5 Hari Mohan Ghosh Road. It’s more of a workspace than a shop. If you come by, you’ll likely see crates and rolls of material waiting to be processed. We deal with filters, so there is usually a bit of a mechanical hum in the background. It’s not a place where you’ll find a fancy showroom. We have some heavy tables for cutting and assembling, and the floor is usually covered in offcuts. It’s a hands-on kind of business. Most of our work involves making sure the dimensions are exactly right for whatever a customer needs. We have a few workers who have been with us since the start. The lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing with the mesh and frames. We don't really have a reception area, just a desk in the corner where we keep the invoices and the phone. People usually call us first before dropping by the road here. It’s a bit dusty, which is hard to avoid in this line of work. We keep the doors open for ventilation during the day. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on getting the orders out on time. We don't do much in the way of decoration; we just keep the tools where they belong and get to work. Most days we are busy from eight in the morning until the job is done.
