Our office for Raj Agrawal & Associates is situated at 22C/1B, Nepal Bhattacharjee 1St Lane. It is in the Kolkata-700 026 area, which is a place we have grown quite fond of. The lane itself isn't very wide, so it has that old-school Kolkata charm to it. We have been working from this specific spot for a good chunk of time. There’s a small tea stall not too far away where we usually go when we need a break from the desks. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don’t go in for fancy furniture or expensive rugs. Everything we have here is for a reason. There are stacks of folders and some books on the shelves. It looks like a place where work actually happens. Sometimes it gets a little dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep it tidy. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite peaceful in the mornings. You might hear someone practicing music nearby or kids playing on their way to school. It’s a very human atmosphere. Raj Agrawal & Associates isn't some big firm in a skyscraper. We are right here on the ground floor, essentially, part of the daily life of the lane. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a straightforward way to work. We have been operating from this lane for many years now.
