At Radhika Express Pvt. Ltd., we have our office located at 12/3, Aswini Dutta Road in Kolkata, zip code 700029. This is a pretty nice part of the city to work in, though it gets quite congested during the peak hours like everywhere else around here. We have been based at this address for a good number of years. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating and making sure shipments are moving where they need to go. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers of management. It is mostly just us in a regular office space, sitting at our desks and making phone calls. The building we are in has that old Kolkata charm, which basically means the stairs are a bit steep and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We like it though. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually go to take a break and talk about the day's work. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or complicated systems. We just try to be honest with our customers and keep things as simple as possible. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when there are delays with the transport, but that is just part of the job. We are just happy to be working here in the heart of the city and getting things moved for our clients every day.
