You will find us over in Siliguri, specifically in the Punjabipara area. We are tucked away in Lane 4 on Udham Singh Sarani. If you are coming from Sevoke Road, you have to look out for the turn because it is easy to miss if you are driving too fast. Ward 13 is a pretty active part of town. Being in Siliguri means we are always dealing with goods moving toward the mountains or down to the plains. We handle overseas stuff, which involves a lot of back and forth with the customs and the transporters. The office is simple. We have our files, some old chairs, and a map on the wall that has seen better days. The weather here can be quite damp, especially during the monsoon, but we keep the office dry and the work going. It is a family-type atmosphere here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to get the shipments through without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic on Sevoke Road makes it hard for the delivery vans to get here on time, so we spend a lot of time on the mobile phone checking where everyone is. It is just the daily grind of the import and export life. We have our regulars who drop by for a cup of tea and a talk about the trade. It is a decent way to earn a living.
