R. K. Udyog

We’ve been here at 91, Netaji Subhash Road for quite some time now. Our office is up on the first floor. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic on the main road, but we manage just fine. Most days we are busy sorting through orders and making sure everything is in its place. R. K. Udyog isn't a huge operation, but we keep things running. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when moving stuff around. People know us for just getting the job done without much fuss. We deal with various items and keep a close eye on what’s coming in and going out. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork mixed together. Sometimes the fans don't keep it cool enough in the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve known the neighbors for years and it feels like a small community even though it's a commercial hub. If you walk past the shops downstairs, you’ll find us. We don't have fancy lights or a big lobby. It’s just desks, shelves, and us working through the day. We try to answer every call and help out whoever stops by. It’s just honest work in a crowded building. We stay until the late evening usually, closing up after the last delivery is sorted. It’s steady and we like it that way.
