We’re set up at 21, Tollygunge Circular Road. If you know Tollygunge, you know it’s a part of Kolkata that’s always got something going on. Our place is right on the circular road, so the sound of traffic is something we hear all day long. We do packing and moving, which means we spend more time at other people’s houses than we do in our own office. But this is where the trucks start out and where we keep all our supplies like bubble wrap and corrugated sheets. The office is a bit dusty because of all the cardboard, and it’s definitely not a place where you’d expect to see fancy furniture. We’re the ones who handle the heavy lifting. It’s a lot of physical labor and making sure things are tied down properly in the back of the van. We don't have a polished marketing team. It's just us, the drivers, and the loaders. We try to be careful with people's belongings because we know moving is a pain. Tollygunge is a busy hub, and being on the Circular Road makes it easier for us to get to different parts of the city. We don’t overthink things. We just pack, load, and drive. It’s a basic service but it’s what we’ve been doing for a while now. Some days are longer than others, but that’s the nature of the packing business in a city like this.
