We are situated on Rajarhat Road, right near the Baguihati Loknath Mandir. It’s a well-known spot, especially with the Dashadrone checkpost close by in Gopalpur. Being in Deshbandhunagar means we see a lot of traffic coming and going towards the airport or into the city. The shop is quite large because we handle a lot of vehicles. It gets pretty loud here between the horns outside and the work going on inside. We have a lot of staff, some who’ve been here since we opened and others who are newer. It’s a busy environment. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of the day is spent checking schedules, moving cars around the lot, and talking to people about their vehicle problems. It’s a lot of coordination. The Rajarhat area has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded, but we’ve stayed right here near the temple. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but that’s just part of it. We deal with a lot of different car issues every day. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes things get delayed, but we try to keep moving. People stop in because we’re a convenient location on their way home. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward operation. We have been part of the neighborhood for quite some time now.
