Pupilfriend is located right in the Monsoon Apartment building on V I P Road in Kaikhali. If you're looking for us, we’re the ones on the floor above United Bank of India. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. Being in Kolkata, things can get pretty loud outside with the traffic on the main road, but inside the apartment, it stays fairly calm. We’ve been here for a bit now, setting up rooms for students to come and get their work done. It isn't a massive office or a flashy school building. It’s more like a practical space where we can sit down and focus. We have a few rooms set aside for different subjects. Often, you'll hear the sound of pens scratching on paper and the occasional discussion about a tough homework assignment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just open the doors every day and get to work. People around Kaikhali know us as the local spot for tutoring. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a regular part of our routine. We keep things down-to-earth here. It’s about the books and the learning, nothing more than that. If you're passing by the bank, you're basically there. We’ve got plenty of chairs and a few boards, which is all we really need.
